At Iris, I’m the primary writer for all Samsung CRM projects for the last two years as well as helping out with copy for the e-commerce platform. The CRM projects have me working closely with the account managers and CRM data analysts in order to creating eDMs that target different audiences based on engagement and Samsung purchase history.
